Also do i really need a heatsink for my CPU since i will never overclock that i5-4570? Even if i live in a hot place like Greece. i dont know if the ambient temps play so much role if you dont overclock

I also just notice that the MSI is B85 chipset and the Asus H87. Would this matter in any way?

Any real perfomance difference between the rams? Should i go with 8 or 16gb? The only difference of the MSI board and the Asus are the sata connectors? What about the boot speed, quality...etc? I want the system to be very stable and speedy.
