I don't think you should worry too much about dust, it'd good practice to do some dusting up every now and then... you can hold it in place with some blu tack if you don't want to use cable ties...

i'm a p182 owner, and to me the p182 isn't anywhere near qualifying for best air cooling case. Imho the case airflow is best for passive setups but average otherwise. But your setup should work fine, matter of what case temps you are targeting. perhaps the dudes wif an 8800GT and a p182 setup...

the sound card's a razer barracuda. once again its a form over function thing. (yet another guilty pleasure) personally an x-fi sounds so much better.

personally the ultra tec is as good as any top-end air cooler if not better, just that its not as cost efficient, its noisier and theres that stupid drive bay controller which doesnt do anything.
