..or are there more classes standing at the end of the clip then were originally in the game. They only show the classes that were in the original TFC, but at the end it looks like this is another class or two standing there.

2 Gig changed the load time in BF2 and lowered the amount of choppiness. I don't have a whole lot of experience with other games, but BF2 it made all the difference in the world. As far as stuttering at the beginning of a game, sometimes that can be cause by the video card. Some video cards...

Says 'bandwidth exceeded'. Hmmmm, that's not a good sign. Or maybe, it is a good sign because they underestimated the interest it would bring.

It is the only game I play now. I really enjoy it. There are shortfalls with this and all games, but I've really enjoyed the game.

I don't spend near as much time as I used to now that I have three kids. That puts a big dent into your gaming time. If i dedicated as much time as I used to on games, I'd be without a wife. I'd say I spend about an hour a week, maybe two. It used to be 2 or 3 hours a night.

I like this one and you get a free game. :D

Exactly, we're going to have to go down this road eventually because of limitations in 32bit.

I'm all for it if it works out to our advantage. I would like to see it improve performance without a bunch of code optimizations. Just brute force horsepower... we'll see soon enough I guess.

....definately looks like the 'wait to see' people have it. I'm all for it if it works. But I'm going to need some serious proof on a game I actually want to play.

I posted this in the other thread, but for information purposes, I went to the store for pickup and they said it was an error on the Web site. That the cards usually go for 450 or 500 and they said 'no'. I argued, but still no.

No go. I got to the store and they knew what was up. I argued, but no go. Oh well.

I noticed the cheapest X1900 AIW on Newegg was 439. So it will be interesting to see how it turns out.
