Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

FYI - Just received notice from NewEgg that these are back in stock for 164$:
BUFFALO Firestix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model FSX800D2C-K2G - Retail
Just an FYI - Best Buy now has these Westy's on display. I just saw it tonight for a quick look. I really like the exterior design of it and the picture quality looked decent at first glance. It sat next to the new 24" LG model and the Westy looked slightly inferior to it (lower contrast &...
Hmmmm......price is a little cheaper than a Dell 3007WFP.....I need to figure out which to buy.....Argh! I'm not much of a gamer so it would just be used as my computer monitor running at 1920x1080. heeeeelp! :)
Thanks for the response Scorp - I'm glad to hear that using it as a PC monitor is acceptable!! I think I will be ordering mine tomorrow morning. Buy.com has them under 1300$ shipped. I wish Newegg had them....I love dealing with them.
Scorp - How does browsing and text look on the 32" when using it for your PC monitor?? Over in that AVS thread I posted a link to, a member (Fiste) has the 32" as well and mentioned that browsing didn't look so hot on it but I wonder if he was in the wrong mode or something. Is it acceptable to...

Here's a thread that has some more info on this new Sharp series.

I contacted Samsung directly to ask when the 245T would be available. This is the reply I received:
"Hi Tom
My colleague Kathryn Heath passed along your note regarding the availability of Samsungs 245T LCD display.
While I dont have a firm availability date, I do know that the model...
I'm right there with you Vengance.....its simply amazing someone can't get all the ingredients together so that we can make a no-brainer decision on a 24" display. Last night, I was about 30 seconds away from ordering a FP241VW (same display as FP241WZ) from NewEgg for 779$ until I saw this...
