I figured it out. The case had built in spacers made from the case. Therefore the power was being grounded by the case so it wasn't working. I had to glue spacers down on the case for it to work right. Word to the wise, the case I mentioned above is terrible. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone...
I just bought a new computer and it will not turn on. I can only get the power light to come on when I hit the button but nothing else seems to work.

Well I only have 1 stick of 512 and in its slot it has been in since I built the computer it doesn't get errors in memtest. But when I changed which slot I put it in I had tons of errors and I couldn't even load windows anymore. It's weird that it functions in the one slot besides restarting and...
I pulled out the stick of memory, put it in a different slot, and then it came up with thousands of errors in memtest and wouldn't load windows anymore. Would this conclude I should get a new stick of RAM?
