Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Thanks for that, I just looked into the 7800GS, sweet. The 6800GS was not enough of a bump over my 6600GT, but the 7800GS, that is the bomb!
Thank you.
What is a good one I can find easily in the States? Most of the 478 Pin boards I see are AGP, and the few 478/PCI-E MoBo's that I have come across are low end swill.

I have a 3.06 with 512KB L2 Cache on my 865Perl. I am not interested in getting a new board right now. The fastest CPU I can put on there is a 3.4 Extreme Edtion
I see where the 3.4E has dropped to a reasonable price, with 1 MB L2 Cache. I can use the Intel Desktop Controller to Overclock it...

The Max Blast said it was formatting, but it never did. Wonder if there is a 3rd party utility that will format it. If my OS drive had been hosed and not...
I recently purchased a new Hard Drive (Maxtor 80 GB, 7200 RPM) to replace my whining 40 GB Drive which has the OS and most of my programs on it. I should say the machine is running fine, I just got the new drive for some more capacity and due to the fact it is quieter. I also have another 80 GB...
