    Apple lawsuit, ipod may cause hearing loss.

    The headphones that come with the iPod aren't very powerful to begin with, so if his case is based on the output of the earbuds, I don't think he'll win. I have a pair and they are a bit on the weak side, and if you turn them all the way up the drivers start buzzing.
