I went the gambler route and grabbed a Phenom II x3 740 3.0Ghz Black Edition... researched it a bit and looking like a very high unlock rate and good OC chip.
Im willing to roll...

Thats not a problem really, I can wait for the Dec. combos.
I should have pulled the trigger on the Nov combos... There was a nice XFX PSU/Video card combo (had some MIR, but ill deal with that) and a nice $40 off on a AMD quad core/Asus Mobo combo.
But waited too long ... and poof, gone...
