Antrax, do you just have the taskbar minimized? I just started using rainmeter and like it alot but some of the dock/launch options would really only make sense if I could get rid of the taskbar. Just curious if what people are using besides rainmeter for customization.

Even though I would think that is enough power it sounds like you may need a different power supply if the card is working in another machine. Try and get your hands on a different psu to test it out if you can before buying another.
I was having problems playing videos in Win7 64bit. I ended up downloading GOM media player (cnet link), which is free to use and plays everything. So far its probably one of the best media players I've used. So I would suggest trying it out if you can't get PowerDVD to work.
I generally have two monitors and a projector hooked up. Abit is correct in that only two displays can be used at once though. I use Ultramon to switch between my secondary monitor and projector for watching movies.
