If you can boot fine then boot it up with CD, go on the internet to Microsofts site and find out waht the file does.... also try to find the location it should be in and if you can try to find it on the cd and simply put it where it should be... seems a tad strange at first but i have to do this...
For what were you installing the driver for? Dont really know how much this should have an affect on this but best to know everything that has occured before the problem. O yea just to make sure the light on the MoBo is on correct?
