Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I'd recommend the Asus RT-N66U with Tomato for anyone looking for stability and perfomance. My has been churning without a reboot since the moment I got it. My cousin got it as a birthday gift for me already flashed which was nice.

It depends what you are looking for but DD-WRT can be an excellent solution for setting up a VPN Router.
I use an E3000 as my VPN Router with DD-WRT but FlashRouters has a bunch of routers all set to work with VPNs.
Good luck in your search.

The best DD-WRT router depends on what you need and what you want to spend and obviously is constantly changing with new routers coming out but I like the Linksys E3000 and the Netgear WNR3500. Both are excellent acess point routers or for creating constant VPN connections to give the wireless...
