    How to power up mobo with it not in a case?

    look at your mobo manual or locate the two pins where you would normally plug your power switch in. Now take a flat head screwdriver and connect them... the system should power right up. probably not the best way to do it; i am sure someone else would recommend a better solution

    well you would probably get the restock fee due to the fact the memory isn't bad, it does run at the stock speed.. so unless you can convince them that it is bad... like lie then you are probably paying restock. note: right from their policy agreement...
