Howdy!
I have a Big-Ass Monitor, and the desktop stretches across the entire thing, like you would expect it to.
I'm trying to make the desktop act like a window that I can resize and move.
I also want to leave the rest of the monitor active so I can launch games full screen, or if I need the...
F Sony. Those a-holes don't mind stealing from everyone else and crapping on my system, but someone gets one over on them and they run and cry to the courts.
What a bunch of douche bags.
I had a similar problem with another game, but it was IE 9 assuming I was more interested in an ad change on a streaming radio station than I was in the game I was playing. Maybe another program is causing the problem?
Just a thought. :)
Didn't they try this once before, and fail miserably? I wonder what the logic is that makes them think it will work now.
Someone has been promoted beyond their intelligence.
Can't speak for other folks, but I hate EA because their customer service is deplorable. Their automated email response sucks and offers completely irrelevant answers. And if you should happen to lose a password and ask the auto-responder to email your password to you, it never does; therefore...
I'm running Rift at 5760X1080 w/Eyefinity. Some of the settings are turned down a bit due to my second card being a pita, but the game looks great. It's pretty cool having so much real estate, I have three chat windows open, social, map, quest log and all that is off the to the side screens...
The problem, as one wise poster already pointed out, is that Firefly was on Fox.
Fox is run by retards who occasionally stumble upon a great show which is how said retards stay in control of the network. (Sorry if I offend anyone who is politically correct and takes note of my lack of tact...
100% agree with you. As much crap as the Apple camp likes to spew about Windows being bloatware, their own (Apple's) software is far from svelte.
I also like the fact that it's 2010, and Apple still can't install software without require a reboot, and even then, the quick-launch icons don't...
Thanks for this tidbit! I was wondering the same thing myself, I had copied the files to at least three locations trying to get the installer to see them.
Now I'll have to do some serious drive cleaning after I get the install done, nothing like 30 gigs of redundant data! ;)
