well at the time i was sent the card, the price point was 300 bucks. computer part prices fluxuate daily... sometimes hourly. you should know that if you build tons of rigs.

i'm pretty sure that the problem isn't with the processor. i got my friend's B3 quad to 353x9 stable within the first 2 hours of putting it together. try doing like 340/345/350x8 and see what happens.
