idk, but i got my E7200 on air to 3.8ghz w/1.375 vCore, i didn't have time to fine tune anything i just set the vCore and started jacking up the freq.

the only time i use ET is when i am doing max FSB runs to break 10's, remember i'm also in one of the hottest states in the nation and i use air cooling. i usually run my e8400's at 450-475x9 depending on how good the cpu is for 24/7 daily use, usually between 1.375-1.425vCore we all know not...

i'm pretty sure that the problem isn't with the processor. i got my friend's B3 quad to 353x9 stable within the first 2 hours of putting it together. try doing like 340/345/350x8 and see what happens.
