Yeah, They definitely should not be running this hot and not be reliable on their stock air coolers. I noticed that the heatsink contact was pretty bad on on the pads and green goo they are using on the FE card and the Zotac one seemed to have less contact in some areas, when I took off the...
I got a FE and a zotac amp 2080TI and I put both on water blocks and they are oc'ed to the same level as yours ad they have been going strong since mid October. I think the cards are getting too hot or VRM's are too hot since all of us with waterblocks are not having cards fail.
My FE and zotac 2080ti's that I have on waterblocks are still going strong after 1.5 months. The only thing I have had issues with is the newest drivers were acting weird when enabling surround. Other than that, everything has been going good so far..... I got my GF a Gigabyte rtx 2070 that is...
Both my FE and Zotac ti's have micron memory and have been great for the month and probably 100 hours on them. Of course, mine are on water, so the cooler temps make a difference
After moving to dual RTX 2080 TI, I had to move my cards into different slots due to there being no 2 card nvlink bridge, I have an issue where my second video card won't complete;y seat in top slot due to the FP IO connectors. I need to find a way to connect the cables at a 90 degree angle or...
I have a FE 2080 TI and a Zotac amp 2080 TI. I put them both on waterblocks a couple of weeks ago. At first I thought I had one card fail, but it turns out it was just the EVGA power link adapter that wasn't tightened correctly. After that, I have probably gamed about 50 hours or so without...
I figured out the issues I had with my dual RTX 2080 Ti's was just the evga power link bridges screw not being tightened enough. Both my cards are on water and the temps never go above 44c, but since they are mismatched branded cards(one FE and one Zotac AMP), it seems like I cannot go more than...
Now, my pc froze while playing and my pc will only see each rtx 2080 ti individually if I disconnect the power cables from each video card and use them alone. If I try both at once the pc only recognizes one. So both cards work, but not at the same time..... Unless my cpu, board or power supply...
This is the only issue I have, but I have an FE and Zotac TI in SLI with waterblocks. The only issue I have is that VLC issue that seventyfive is having
