    I found out what was causing the studder my cpu is throttling but not because of cpu temps the vrms on the board shoot up over 100c and my clocks fall to 4200 think there is a heatsink problem on board

    Yes using official cable on 4080 and did run without overclock will try with xmp disable but the reason I ask about 13600k because seem to coincide with times I get high cpu usage
