Nah the pump does not have a RPM wire. (To my knowledge). Dont even know what one is...its just got a molex connector.

Ok well, I've re-located the pump to the bottom of the case. Its now fed by gravity to from the res and into the rad before hitting the GPU and CPU. However theres still not difference at all in flow rate.
