Best 1080p TV for PC use?

I've just been watching Season 1 of Game of Thrones on blu ray and I'm blown away by the vibrancy and contrast. Would recommend this TV to anyone.

Best 1080p TV for PC use?

Just wanted to chime back in to say that the TV is incredible. I can't quite believe how deep the blacks are. This is what OLED must feel like (although I know it's not quite as deep as OLED). No BLB, only slight quirks is the screen uniformity when displaying a colour covering the whole screen...

Best 1080p TV for PC use?

Hmm, I'd imagine this gross discrepancy is due to wildly inaccurate equipment, but according to that review the TV has a contrast ratio of 2500:1 According to the review I've linked below, the 42" has a contrast ratio of 4310:1...

Best 1080p TV for PC use?

Thanks for the advice Richard. I think I'm going to go for the 32" option then. Two further questions for you. Does the 32" model use the same panel as the esteemed 42"? Also, when you connect your PC to the TV, does all of its motion interpolation features remain in effect? Or are...

According to this it looks like prices are going to be halved again? If this is the case I'll be picking up an OLED TV for use as a monitor this christmas!

What is this sample and hold method? What does it mean?

It's happening, affordable 4k OLED TV's are finally becoming a reality

Unfortunately as I'm sure you'll agree this seems unlikely. Is the larger gamut necessarily a bad thing? I'm not that technically aware of what this means. A larger range of colours? Does this mean colour inaccuracy then?

It's happening, affordable 4k OLED TV's are finally becoming a reality

Really hope it takes off and delves into the monitor corner of the market. I just can't envisage having a 55" TV for a monitor.
