    Thank you for your quick answer. So I've installed the last OpenIndiana on a another boot disk and add napp-it but I can't import my pools because I've got an error : "Could not proceed due to an error. Please try again later or ask your sysadmin. Maybe a reboot after power-off may help...

    Yes, FreeNas doesn't support LSI 6Gbps SAS 2008 so you can't use it with this controller.

    We can read smart but don't know for power management. However, there is one problem with 3 HBAs because EXSi can connect 2 devices maximum to a VM :(

    I don't think, I should say that HT can even reduce in virtualization... But I never tried, I've bought too a X3430 :D Experts can confirmed :confused:
