What is the size of the monitor? I just purchased a Samsung 22" and paid $269.00 at Sam's Club. I would like to have a 24" or 26" I just do not see where the size is with your thread. Thanks BJ
I purchased the Home Ultimate version from the Egg.
I was thinking I would do a simple upgrade to Vista. If I had any problems after the upgrade, I could format and do a fresh install.
The version I have refuses to upgrade from XP Pro to the Home Ultimate Vista.
I get the message that this...
use ASR maybe a couple times a year.
Just to have a fresh install of the OS and still keep all the hardware, software installed as when the ASR was done.
This is only when something happens that would arise from a virus, etc.
Takes 30min to clean the partition and get back where you...
I see this.
I do know that ASR does use shadow backup process.
Since the only versions that has this feature is business and ultimate.
I suppose that the version I ordered does not have access to this feature?
I am asking if the version I ordered has some form of backup that would...
Surely I am not the only guy that utilizes the ASR feature in XP Pro, am I?
This is such a super feature that I would think a lot of people would be using it.
I have Vista Home Premium on order, will be delivered tomorrow, I use the ASR feature in XP Pro a lot with both our systems.
Does the Home Premium have a feature such as this?
If not I am gonna return what I have purchased and exchange for which ever one has this feature.
I don't really...
I have Vista Home Premium ordered and will be delivered tomorrow.
Now I see that the lowest ranking Vista that utilizes ASR backup aparantly is the Business edition, the Home Premium seems as though does not.
That is a feature I dearly love to use,
I do an ASR backup every so often just so...
If you ever plan on Crossfire go with the 1950 Pro.
All you need for native Crossfire with these cards is another X1950 Pro, doesn't matter which brand they will work.
If you do not ever plan on going that route the 1900xt or gt will work OK.
The X1950 Pro will outperform at default...
I went with the ATI card first, was very bad product in a lot of ways.
Returned it for the Sapphire card and this card is as perfect as anyone could ask.
Why don't you get the Sapphire card with the Zalman VF900 cooler and a factory OC?
I agree Kingston Memory does not run in a lot of boards.
Abit, DFI, are just two of them that do not like that memory.
I would suggest using a different brand of memory.
Go to DFI Street forums and see which components are the best to use with this motherboard.
No different than a lot of other mb's and performance is superior to most other mb's.
Sure there are tweaks to almost every setting in bios.
Just because thery are available, is no reason to start fiddling with them.
I am running Corsair XMS memory, and a superior powersupply, no different...
Depends on the mfg.
Sapphire is 702x2=1404
ATI is 690x2=1380
I believe HIS has the fastest clocked memory 800x2=1600 memory speed.
There are others but not gonna list all of them.
