So another G3258 or 4670k vs i3 6100? In a different Dolphin benchmark, it shows the Skylake being 10% better than Haswell clock per clock. I'm using a GTX950.

Wow, what type of i3 do you have? Haswell or Skylake? So I should get an i3/i5 instead of getting another G3258 and OCing it?

So far the Zen bencmarks have ranged from as slow as Sandy Bridge to slightly faster than Broadwell in terms of IPC. I'm getting sick of this speculation and am about to jump on Haswell/Skylake.

I'm trying to build an HTPC for running dolphin emulation and general ("light") gaming. Dolphin requires very fast IPC, so the CPU needs to be at least Haswell level that is overclockable too. The motherboard will need to be mATX and capable of overclocking (preferably with USB 3.0 headers too)...
