    one of the solder points on the Mobo or the Video card? because i have the VGA light stick on with my 7970 and it wouldnt boot but i put my 5850 in and it booted right up like a charm. so its most likely a solder point on the 7970 or mobo you think? if this means its probly on the graphics card...
