    Generally people OC the CPU much harder than they do the GPU so the rule of thumb is to always have the CPU as the first block after the rad>res>pump section.     Nehalem processors are coming out by 4th quarter. They are currently boasting 30% performance gains over current processors and the new memory controller is going to be the new Intel standard. So yes, wait it out a few months.
