Will antec replace a psu with leaking caps?
I RMA'd my TPII 550 a few weeks ago for the same thing. Although my computer wouldn't turn back on after it was shut off without flipping the power switch on my PSU, I did notice the leaky caps as well. RMA is all done online and rather easy. HX620 Fan Problem !!
In my case if I have the back 120mm fan speed turned up all the way, the pull of air will stop the PSU fan. If I open my case it will start again.
