Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I posted this in the General section but didn't get much response. Hoping this is better...
I have had my rig for over a year. It normally runs 24x7 with weekly reboots.

Whoa... I have a very similar problem.
Try plugging in the PSU and letting it sit for 15 minutes before you try to boot. My computer wouldn't boot at all after I had had the PSU unplugged for about 3 hours. After 15 minutes of just sitting there plugged in the computer was finally able to...

Well received my 3rd replacement of my 2405FPW today and they sent me a refurbished one. At first I was angry but I decided to give it a shot. Luckily this one is near perfect. Excellent backlighting and only one dead pixel in the far corner.
I am going to try to get a small break for Dell...
Dell sure gave me a hard time when I was trying to get a 2nd replacement.
The tech support guy just would not let me exchange it. He said that backlight bleeding is normal.
He said if the replacement isn't acceptable then they will have to assume it is "on-premises mishandling" which...

I spent about an hour trying to find it a couple days ago and couldn't.
Today I spent about 2 minutes and found it right away.
Anyone know...
Ok, you have inspired me to take some pics of mine.
Here is the second one I received from Dell. I *thought* I only had one dead pixel and some backlight bleedthrough, but check out the pic! It shows a bunch of stuck pixels as well! The strange thing is I can't see those with my naked eye. I...
Ugh. I just recevied my 2nd 2405FPW. I returned the first one because it had 3 blue stuck pixels in the upper left hand corner. This one only has 1 dead pixel (I can live with that) but the bottom left hand corner of the monitor has what I consider considerable backlight bleedthrough.
For all...
Just an update...
I bought another PCI-e video card to test with and the computer started working. I did get a 'CMOS Checksum error' but I figure that is because I was hard booting so many times.
I have no idea how the video card was fubar'd. I used a grounding strap and only set the card...
