    Okay, thanks for the advice! Unfortunately, my dad has the screw driver for the back of my tower, and is unavailable right now. I have spoken to him however, and he says he will sort it out tomorrow.

    Yeah that's pretty much what I got when posting this question on a different forum. £50 was just a rough guess really, and with Christmas only 2 months away I will definitely plan on putting money towards it from that. Did you mean I would need a new PSU? it doesn't really make sense...
