    a few words more on budget : I got to go on the cheap for now. Existing storage arrays are outdated but I could get back the disks (Standard SATA) which are a few months old, and reuse them. I expected to be able to get rif of the FC switch, replace it with SAS switch or 10GigE switch, replace...
