    No, it's from thelaserhive.com. It's £70 ($112) for the tray and the back plate Thanks a lot, I tried to keep it clean and original. I'm not a fan of the ones I've seen with lights inside, they detract from the cases original styling.

    With the right tools it's actually a fairly straightforward mod. I used a pre-made front i/o cable, motherboard tray and back plate, which simplifies things a lot.
