    Free MS mouse/keyboard replacement

    My old Intellimouse 3.0 conked out on me. Did this, no emails, but got a new mouse super fast...like in 2 weeks. They sent me a 4.0 version and it works great! I did have to call them, scan my old mouse and fax it to them, but that was a breeze. Good stuff.
