Try to bring the broken capacitor to a electronic shop to find out what kind it is.
Then you can buy a replacement cap and solder it onto it's rightful place on the
card. :p

I have a P3 rig that I'm going to put together.
I have a P3 1.3ghz Celeron Tualatin and a
P3 800mhz coppermine. I know Celerons are not all that.
Which one will perform the best for my P3 rig?

If the mobo your getting doesn't support Tualatin processors and you don't feel like buying
an adapter.
I can trade you a 800EBmhz non Celeron processor which I'm sure it can be oc'd to 1ghz.
