    Theoretically should work.. you would just have to match the chipset with processor. There have been people that upgraded their MPs with different processors, etc. The only problem is that Leopard might not support the new processors, etc. yet until they come out for Apple

    The answer is NO. EVen with the lacking drivers that you can get from software update. The Install-CDs that come with the machine are machine specific They only work with the product line and nothing else. It also depends if your other machine is PPC or Intel based.

    i dunno i found alot of difference between my Sennheiser MX500s and the white apple ones. I would recommend the MX500s cause there is not much difference between the 550s or 600s.
