i got the xfx 7900GT 256mb's volt modded @ 1.4v and the card is amazing, MAYBE the 512mb might help it. i was told way back when that memory was more of a gimmick because card manufacturers know you will buy it just because it looks more. i personally wanted a small solution i dont think card...
well the crossfire x1900xtx's xfires beat the 7900 gt sli. my friend build a ati computer and i switched to nvidia. due to the costs he only got one card, and right now my setup kills his and he refuses to run 3dmark06 :rolleyes:

overclocking my cards, ive noticed bigger increases in overclocking gpu over my ram. ram seems to get unstable at higher mhz most likely because most manufacturers dont put heat sinks on em.. anyway i noticed a 600 point gain in 3dmark06 by overclocking my gpu 50mhz, when i oc'd the memory 50mhz...
