    dell are useless i canceled my order the same day as i purchased one elsewhere and received a refund from dell. around 2 weeks ago , took ages for the refund to get back to me, now i just checked my card and dell have billed me again for the same dell monitor

    strange why they stopped making glossy screen monitors i have owned three in the past years all HP monitors, now i have a 34 inch wide screen monitor, wish it was glossy.
