    I have a 1440p monitor and when I turn down to 1080p everything does have that filtered upscaled look but it's not displeasing (at least to me). Though it's a bit YMMV because my upscaling is done via GPU (I have an Achieva Shimian). No idea how another 1440p monitor is going to handle upscaling.
