I have a internal hard drive from an old desktop, but no desktop anymore. I need to copy it's contents to my laptop. Is there some kind of cable I can buy to hook it up to the usb port on my laptop? and what about powering it. doesnt it need to be plugged into a power source? thank in advance

i wanted to download some videos from dailymotion.com. they stream files on that site. i heard i could use a software called WGET to grab the files and save them. anyone know how to do this? the instructions that come with teh software are too technical for my vocab. thanks

you might be right, i just assumed when i read august somewhere that that was when they were gonna be available in comps.

i am trying to make myself hold off till the end of summer to buy a notebook because of the new intel processors coming out then (around august). i want to get the cheapest dual core i can, adn was wondering if yall think the current laptops with the 1st generation dual cores will get pushed...
