RMA'd it...should have known, cheap 1066 RAM. It wouldn't run at 1066 at the stock 5-5-5-10 settings no matter what I did. It would only run at those timings if I clocked it down to 800. Memtest isn't showing any errors now...I adjusted the voltage so it now reads 2.112v in the PC Health status screen, but I can't seem to get this 1066 RAM to run at 1066 at 5-5-5-15. I set the SPD to 3.20, this is the only thing that makes the manual timing settings and the actual timings match...

I'm running the RAM at stock speeds (not overclocking it). BIOS shows the wrong timings, but correct voltage...2.1, this RAM's voltage rating is 2.0-2.1. Gigabyte support suggested updating the BIOS version to F2, which I've done. Repeating tests now....
