Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

My issues seem to have resolved magically, too. I haven't updated BIOS in a while, and the thread just sorta died.
Yeah - as I mentioned, 65 was the absolute max with the case side off and a Cryorig C7 (default fan) in Aida64 after about 20 minutes in. I ran an encode under Handbrake for a bit and peaked around 80 or so. I'm curious how I would fare with the L9i (I'd rather not swap fans, etc. even though...
My idle temps didn't really drop in Windows it seems. They're staying around 40 or so, although the Cryorig C7 seems to be quieter than it was before. I got excited when I saw 27C in BIOS, but right now I am hovering at 40 idle. Though I haven't undervolted or anything and it looks like turbo...
Do you need to put liquid metal on the underside of the IHS? I've seen it both ways in videos and what not. I am nervous because I delidded yesterday (haven't tested it since I let it cure overnight) and only went with a layer on the die too.
I have yet to try undervolting either. That's hopefully a project for this weekend. The strange thing for mine that I noted above was that it only issues posting with XMP profile enabled when I updated the BIOS. (I know, I know...don't upgrade BIOS unless something's wrong. I couldn't resist...
I had trouble with it not posting either. Like illram, a reboot sometimes did it. Although, I recently updated to the latest BIOS, tried to set the XMP profile and could not get it to post. I downgraded back to the original BIOS and all is good for now at least.
Now if I can figure out the...
Bay Area here - my case arrived yesterday with no updates from beyond the "origin post is preparing" message. I just checked it today, and it still doesn't even say it was ever delivered.
Would anyone who has already received the case be willing to provide some rough measurements of custom PSU cable lengths needed? I realize there will be motherboard-dependent variation, but any general guidelines would be helpful in the meantime.
