you actually can do better on this right on ebay. the geeks price with the 10% is about average. And from reading the reviews on this unit you are probably better off looking for somthing different

Dell is charging a $49 shipping and handling on the upgrade coupons I am not sure if that is a dell charge or its a MS charge for early adopters either way to upgrade from any XP to vista ultimate home works out to be $49

the 1080p is important if you are doing any digital media like a Home Theater and for DVD's as well we are right at the point where when you completely integrate your digital systems PC and home that 1080p becomes significant. + that resolution on that big a screen looks pixelated
