    hmm from your rig list it looks like u dont need TR so my advice is to buy zen+ in march 2018 if they go highier in OC i got 1920x but i bought it before lower prices so i lost around 100-150e on my setup .

    well i am not an expert but my guess is on PSU , i can write here my situation : asus prime b350m-a with ryzen 1700 oced to 3,8ghz with 1,25V single stick of ram 8gb 2666mhz and now ,read carefully , ati 2600XT /like it so much because no add. power needed/ no other componets ... i got old...

    i can confirm asus prime x-399-a with win 7 instalation BUT problem was this mobo has no PS2 conector so u cant use your mouse or keyboard with clasic win 7 sp1 instal dvd so u have to download iso with usb 3 /or 2/ drivers and then u will be able to install win 7 on this board .... i had to do...
