I agree. Loadline calibration is even scarier for most motherboards. The amount of negative vdroop that I've seen with a dmm in the Lynnfield days was nuts.
Yeah I used a 64gb vertex 4 for years as a cache drive for Intel srt for years until the HDD finally failed. According to the smart data the drive is still like new.
I'm looking for $220 shipped for the bare card. I've owned this since it was released. I never really ran it overclocked other than some benchmarks when I first bought the thing. Mined on it for a week in the spring. Still works like new.
Ended up picking up a used 1080ti. After looking into evga's new warranty I have no concerns. It's a much bigger upgrade from my 980ti than I was expecting at 4k.
