Limited or no connectivity on computer startup...
Saw this recently.... but worse... pretty much system files were mucked.... Got worse over time... Typically in your case just simple drivers. is this a Win7 Upgraded from Vista? or XP Hardware Upgraded / Reloaded to Win7? for dhcp to work I had to manually start the dhcp client service...- B-C
