Have 6 of them on my Adaptec 52445, only thing to do is to download and upgrade the card with the lastest Firmware and embedded OS for these big fat drives to be detected as 3TB. If upgrade is not applied, they are detected as 2TB :confused:
My ESXi works great on this configuration...
