Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Hey Andy,
I'll upgrade the FW and see if that helps out at all, and maybe transition to the merlin FW if that gives better performance. I'd still like to see if there might be a hardware fault with my router though since this is such a weird issue. I'll check out that test and see what it...
Hi everyone,
I recently moved into a larger 2 story house, and for the first few months I was using a Linksys E1000 I've had for about 2 years now. It's a fine single band router, but the people upstairs and the xbox/PS3 in the living room didnt have the strongest connection.
I shopped...
I seem to have found a returned EVGA 680 at a Fry's nearby so i may end up going for that. It was opened but apparently didnt have any issues they said. Are there any known issues with 680s that i should be aware of before going?
Man. I really wish there was a formula for knowing when the EVGA or ASUS cards would be in stock. I'm in and out of the house all day for work and school and it's impossible to get one it seems.
I've had an extremely slow leak coming from the top radiator clamp/hose that goes to my CPU. I've located it at the very very top of the hose, right where the fitting in.
I've tried attempting to tighten the clamp but it wont get any harder, and the hose seems to be in the right position...
I've checked out both links for the ASUS and the Dell one, the dell's response time is 10.5ms and the ASUS is 15ish. Nothing huge, but i'd like to learn a bit more about the coating that the Dell apparently uses.
From the viewing angle shots the ASUS looks a lot more vibrant from the front...
Hrm, i see. Are there any other IPS panels you would suggest around my price range? maybe the NEC EA232WMi?
Also, the 15 ms response time seems lengthy on the ASUS. Will it be noticeable?
EDIT** Realized the 249H is apparently NOT an IPS it seems? Switched that to the 239H as it's an IPS**
Hey everyone, i currently have the Dell SP2309W monitor. I primarily do gaming on my computer, and love the crazy 2048x1152 resolution on this one, but am not too worried about lowering it to...
Im currently on Comcast, but im looking to move to Sonic.net They have a pretty awesome price/performance in the SF/Bay area currently
Still no idea where to look for this stuff. Havent found much from google.
Hey all, im getting off of the awful Comcast 3mb/s cable internet and switching to a local provider that has 20 mb/s down and 1mb/s up, but they're DSL instead of Cable.
I understand i need an ADSL2+ Modem to actually get good speeds, but i'd rather not buy the awful ATT one if there are...
