When we talk about "intelligent" storage at home we should also avoid the single point of failure. The best NAS/SAN is useless then. Thats why I take a close look to Vmware VSA or Storage Spaces. But I don't figure the last one out, especially with local storage amd HA. Perhaps someone can help...
