Supposedly there was a 60 fps version on PC back in the day. The PowerVR version allegedly. I don't know how true this is though.

Very true, the game has had a T-Rex in it for nearly 30 years but the few new skylights they added to show off lights and shadows...man it really takes one out of the experience lol I knew they should've listened to me when I suggested...

I see that it will be cross platform and have voice chat integrated. So already better than first game on that front. May be a day one purchase for me. No early preorders though, no discounts on launch it looks like.
