Hi, I have a problem with my new PC. When I turned it on I hear a beep, cpu fan is starting, hdd leds are blinkig but video card is not starting - fans are stopped. Config: 4670K, MSI Z87-G43, MSI R9 270X Gaming, no system on hdd. I've double checked all connections, 270x is powered...
