It started doing this what seems like soon after i upgraded my hardware, but i think it might of been before as well. I got a new Motherboard, processor and Ram.. I swapped the graphic card with a Phantom 3D 32MB

well, i just formatted my computer. I went to install my ATI drivers.. and i can't install the drivers because i get an error that says. INF Error Drivers not found or something like that.. How do i fix that?
thats what im saying.. i can't try another vid card because i can't view analog.. and the card i have to swap is VGA.. and i can only use DVI.. and i found out that when i lower resolution and try to play games i get like 2 seonds before it just completely messes up.. usually get like 10...

Well according to that chart.. i got enough power going to it.. i only need like a 350 and i have a 430 in.. So that brings it down to a heating problem, and if i average 49-50C and you average below 40C.. Im thinking i should probably get a few fans.. or what do you think?? I have all latest...
