Load temps on E8400 w/Xigmatek HDT-S1283 seem high

I actually have opened the side panel, only made a 2 degree difference. I was thinking of ordering some new fans for the case, I don't think the fans that came with the case move very much air.

Load temps on E8400 w/Xigmatek HDT-S1283 seem high

I'm not real familiar with overclocking...3.6 was simple, I don't know where to go from there because I can't get it stable past that.

Hopefully one of the mods/admin (?) will move this thread to the appropriate forum, I didn't mean to post this here. I used Prime95 for 6 hours, and OCCT for 2 hours. OCCT seemed to push it the highest @ 100% CPU usage...stayed around 53-55 the entire 2 hours though.

Load temps on E8400 w/Xigmatek HDT-S1283 seem high

Just installed the s1283 for an E8400, load temps are at 52C...seem a little high? Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R C2D E8400 @ 3.6 (1.280 V per CPU-Z) idle/load temp @ 39/53 (Real Temp) Used it as is with the push pins, had the mobo out of the case to make sure it was seated correctly, applied a...
