XFX is putting a warranty on it and has recertified it - please consider that a large amount of the RMAs that XFX, EVGA, BFG, PNY, etc get are from people that simply do not know how to build/configure/use hardware. They don't follow directions on installs...
I saw the XFX 4870 deal and saw that geeks.com also has XFX X58 3way SLI motherboards for $92.99.
This is by far the cheapest X58 motherboad I have seen.

Oh and for anyone asking about warranty - you get 90 days warranty directly to XFX - i hope most people agree with me on this one - the majority of video card problems result within the first few days.
