XFX is putting a warranty on it and has recertified it - please consider that a large amount of the RMAs that XFX, EVGA, BFG, PNY, etc get are from people that simply do not know how to build/configure/use hardware.     The 3780x2 is goign to run wayyyy hotter than a GTX 260 or 4870. Your card has to work way harder because it has to cool 2 gpu's instead of one.
