by wide gamut displays do you mean Adobe RGB? because the PA248Q is only sRGB but the PA249Q is capable of Adobe RGB. So the difference between (from what I've gathered) the PA248Q and PB248Q is that the overdrive can be adjusted in smaller increments, higher pwm frequency and POSSIBLY better...
